Italian Garden

Italian Garden was inspired by my visit to Pompeii and Naples, where I was lucky enough to see the wonderful frescos and art. This led me to research ancient Roman gardens which included plants, herbs, birds and butterflies associated with this period of time. Historical Fusion

Historical Fusion was based on a combination of Chinese watercolours, bamboo and berry paintings, inspired by my visits to the Royal Pavilion, Brighton, together with line drawings of fruits from an English country garden. Caribbean Concept designs were based on my travels around the Caribbean where I visited gardens and took a range of photographs, which I could draw from and inspired my, painting, paper screen prints and digital art. Romanesque

This project was inspired by the Mediterranean and in particular Pompeii and it's beautiful Roman relics and architecture.
